These terms, policies, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Prep IQ Institute website (prepiq.co.in) or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable law, any legal proceedings or disputes arising from your use of our website, enrolment in our programmes, or any transaction with Prep IQ Institute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at prepiqreceiver@gmail.com or reach out to our Grievance Officer to attempt an amicable resolution. Many concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

If any provision of our policies or terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
