Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within the cooling-off period specified at the time of enrolment (typically 7 days from payment, if no classes have been accessed).
- Duplicate payment or overcharge due to a technical error.
- Programme cancellation by Prep IQ Institute due to insufficient enrolment or operational reasons.
- Documented medical emergencies preventing participation, subject to verification.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Fees for programmes where more than the specified number of classes or study material have been accessed.
- Registration or administrative fees, if separately stated as non-refundable.
- Third-party examination fees, book purchases, or external resources.
- Promotional or discounted enrolments where refund was explicitly excluded in the offer terms.

Refund Process
To request a refund, email prepiqreceiver@gmail.com with your full name, enrolment details, payment receipt, and reason for the request. Our team will review your application and respond within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds & Batch Transfers
In cases where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer a partial refund or batch transfer at our discretion. Batch transfer requests must be made before 30% of the programme has been completed.
